Your vehicle is “Your Job” or “Small Business” that drives your income to financially support you and your family. In your vehicle, you will need to skillfully operate its two functions. The two functions are Marketing and Sales. Part 3 will go into detail of the two functions of
“Marketing and Sales.” Part 1 will establish the foundation for our entire Passion 2.0 Marketing, Sales & Leadership Training series.
Part 2
"Describes the fuel need in your Vehicle" - (7 Sections)
Again, your “vehicle” is your job or small business that drives your income to financially support you and your family. The fuel needed in your vehicle is “PASSION.” To reach any destination using a vehicle, you must have “fuel” in your tank. Why is the turnover rate so much higher in the marketing and sales industry? One major reason is that they simply run out of gas or fuel. They lose their “passion.”
Part 2 will help you put fuel in your tank. Part 4 is like a gas station where you can fill your vehicle full of fuel (passion) that will help you enjoy success whatever that looks like to you.
Part 3
"Discusses the two functions of your Vehicle" - (6 Sections)
There are two separate functions that you must operate skillfully to have success in your vehicle. The first function is “Marketing.” You will need to be good at marketing to be an effective “lead generator” in your vehicle. The second function is “Sales.” Passion 2.0 will help you become a better salesperson to add "new customers.” In Part 3 you will learn how to manage a marketing funnel to generate more leads, and you will learn how to manage a sales funnel that will help you close more sales by generating more new customers.
Part 4
"Declares the reasons to use your Vehicle" - (7 Sections)
There are two reasons to use your vehicle. They are Purpose and Vision. Regarding purpose, it is a proven fact that everything is created for a reason to solve a problem. Without purpose, there would be no dreams or goals to achieve. Also, it is proven that every journey begins with vision. Afterall, how can you go anywhere if you can’t see? Vision is always directly linked to purpose. Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. There are no do-overs. We get this life to fulfill our Purpose and Vision. Part 4 will help you stay on course to fulfill your purpose and vision as you travel on your “Journey to Success.”
Part 5
"Depicts the driver of your Vehicle" - (8 Sections)
The driver of the vehicle should always be "you" and "your" success whatever that looks like to you. We don't define the meaning of success because it is subjective and different for everyone. If we were to ask ten people what success means to them, we might get ten different answers. We will also teach on the one skill that all successful people have that average, and below average people don’t. That one skill is resilience. Part 5 will help you be more competitive even in a market that is saturated with marketing and sales activities.
Part 6
"Discloses the Journey in your Vehicle" - (5 Sections)
The “Journey in your Vehicle” is far more fun if you know where you are going. We want you to become who you were meant to be. Even with success being different for everyone, there are still only three parts to having success that you will see in Part 6. Everyone needs to know the three parts before they can ever reach their full potential. An old Irish proverb says, “You’ve got to do your own growing, no matter how tall your grandfather is.” In other words, no one can grow your potential for you, it's up to you alone. Part 6 is
completely dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
Part 7
"Determines the destination of your Vehicle" - (11 Sections)
The destination of your vehicle is not a goal or a location. The destination of your vehicle is all about you becoming the leader you were meant to be. Leadership by definition means to be a person of influence. Everything in life and business rises or falls on leadership. In Part 7, you will learn the “10 core areas of leadership.” Each core area of leadership can be developed if you will supply the desire to to make it happen. Developing in leadership is a requirement if your want to fully reach your potential on your “Journey to Success.”
